Responsibility During Shipment

Once tracking information indicates that an order has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before completing your order. Any requests for address corrections must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.
